Nuture Networks. Ltd understands the intentions of the various laws and ordinances about protection of personal information and makes the effort to protect personal information, in accordance with the following policies:
　

• A person responsible for the protection of personal information has been appointed in an effort to implement protection, application and strict management of personal information
• The Company acquires personal information by lawful and fair means
• The Company has taken the necessary measures and countermeasures to maintain and improve security to ensure that personal information is protected from unfair access, leakage and damage
• Except in cases where you have agreed beforehand, the Company will make use of personal information for business operations only within the scope appropriate to the purpose of use indicated at the time of acquisition
• Except in cases where you have agreed beforehand, the Company will not supply or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent
• The Company conducts appropriate supervision of its employees in regard to the save management of personal information. There are cases when, within the scope appropriate to the purpose of use, the Company supplies personal data to business consignors, but in these cases the business consignors submit a non-disclosure agreement and the Company conducts the necessary and appropriate supervisions to ensure that personal information is managed safely and not used for purposes other than indicated
• The Company uses the personal information indicated in (1) for the purpose indicated in (2)
