  • Having seen Nuture Networks’ seminars, lectures, web site or books, the customer senses an opportunity for reformation and establishes a contact with us.
  • Or, suggestion for reformation from Nuture Networks’ consultants
  • Nuture Networks’ consultants get a general understanding of the client company’s problems.
  • Nuture Networks’ consultants propose a general reformation plan, which will be a springboard for discussion.
  • Situation hearing from a professional point of view (Even before a contract is drawn we maintain secrecy about customer information. If necessary we may exchange a confidentiality contract)
  • Discussion of reformation plan, implementation system, schedule, project risk until satisfaction is achieved.
  • Explanation of project implementation to the client company’s top management and Key Person and acquiring their opinion.
  • Submission of consulting proposal from Nuture Networks’ consultants.
  • Examination of implementation possibilities and cost efficiency, etc.
  • If necessary, correction and modification of proposal.
  • After achieving consent, contract exchange.
    Customer is not responsible for any expenses incurred prior to Step 4
  • Establishment of project teams with members from the client company and Nuture Networks’ consultants.
  • Adjustments about the purpose, result and format of the project by the customer sponsors and project members.
  • Project start
    A style, where Nuture Networks’ consultants operate in the client company or a style, where Nuture Networks consultants operate in our company, but when necessary, participate in meetings at the client company.
  • Regular management of progress by a team composed of customer sponsors, project members and the responsible party from Nuture Networks.
  • If possible, modification and correction of the project, within the limits possible.
